Stephen Kagawa is committed to helping financial advisors love the work they do.  He is passionately focused on global financial navigation and helping first generation communities migrating from Asia to successfully acclimate financially to their new-found American homes.  Consumed with his vision to understand, appreciate and engage financial advisors from the differing disciplines of insurance, investment, banking, tax and the law, Stephen is purposefully connecting this worldwide expertise to better guide multi-national people and companies through their cross-border realities together with The Pacific Bridge Companies.  Stephen is a Life and Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table with 2 Court of the Table and 23 Top of the Table qualifications, and served as MDRT's Top of the Table Advisory Board Chair and a Global Council Member.  A registered representative of Syndicated Capital, Inc. since 2010, he is a GAMA Diamond International Wealth Management award winner and NAIFA IFAPAC 4 Star General as well as a NAIFA Diversity Champion. You can find him regularly participating in global financial industry events speaking on issues of ethnic diversity marketing, holistic financial advisory, multi-national wealth management, and entrepreneurship.

Stephen and his companies are noted contributors to their communities philanthropically, with Stephen serving as a Trustee of the Japanese American National Museum, a Go For Broke National Education Center Board Member, and a Legacy Council Member of the U.S. Japan Council, amongst the many organizations he supports.

Stephen is the best-selling author of Aloha Financial Advising: Doing Good To Do Better For Your Clients and Yourself, a University of Southern California and University of Hawaii sports fanatic, and enjoys spending time with his human and furry Ohana.
