complex cross-border laws governing insurance, investments, banking, tax, and law. We help financial advisors guide
these clients wherever their lives may lead by providing advice, financial planning ideas, and connections to other
finance and insurance professionals ready to help.
Initially aiming our efforts at people and companies living multi-national lives between Asia and the United States, we are

About the Job
Supports the Idea Center by bridging creative planning concepts with real-world tax interpretation. Works directly with case designers and brokerage leadership to test, validate, and document tax-informed strategies. Not responsible for tax filings or opinions — focuses on idea integrity, cross-code application, and educational translation.
What You Will Do
- Interpret how planning ideas interact with the tax code (income, gift, estate, corporate).
- Build or review one-pagers explaining the tax logic behind structures.
- Identify red flags before attorney/CPA escalation.
- Maintain a “Tax Lens Library” -- a catalog of code references linked to TPBC planning ideas.
- Support education content for brokers and partners about tax-efficient structures.
- Collaborate with external CPAs and attorneys for technical validation.
- Communicate directly with advisors to consult on cases and provide education.
- Act as a relationship manager, supporting advisors with client-related questions, fostering trust and confidence in the process.
- Coordinate with carriers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Deliver white-glove service through proactive communication to advisors and their clients.
- Assist with additional projects and operational support as needed.
You’re the Ideal Candidate if You Have
- Former financial advisor, insurance planner, or RIA associate with strong exposure to advanced markets (e.g., premium finance, business succession, estate or charitable planning).
- 3 -7 years in an environment where tax was central to planning -- such as advanced sales desks, BGA marketing teams, or high-net-worth planning units inside wirehouses, carriers, or banks.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple cases and shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, both written and verbal.
- A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn and navigate carrier portals, CRM systems, and internal tools.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- A track record as a proactive problem-solver who operates with a client-first approach.
