About the Role
The Client Services Representative plays a vital role within TPBC’s Global Servicing Department (GSD) team. You’ll be at the heart of our client experience, supporting advisors, managing policy servicing, and coordinating with carrier partners to ensure every client interaction reflects the excellence and care that define TPBC.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in structure and service, takes pride in precision, and enjoys creating order within complexity. You’ll support both domestic and international cases, collaborating closely with advisors and internal teams to deliver high-touch, high-quality service across borders and time zones.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, advisors, and carrier partners for policy servicing and maintenance.
- Process service requests including beneficiary changes, ownership updates, address changes, billing adjustments, and other policy-related actions.
- Support international and cross-border cases by coordinating with advisors and internal teams to navigate multi-jurisdictional requirements.
- Maintain organized, accurate records within Agency Integrator, SharePoint, and other internal dashboards.
- Track and manage workflows, ensuring transparency and timely completion of client service items.
- Collaborate with GSD and the Idea Center to refine and document operational processes.
- Contribute to reports, case summaries, and service metrics that inform leadership and improve efficiency.
- Provide exceptional communication and follow-up, ensuring every client and advisor feels supported, informed, and valued.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of GSD and Head of the Idea Center.

- Able to travel to our Monrovia, California office 1-3 times a year for training and company events.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in client service or administrative support, ideally within a financial, insurance, or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with life insurance or policy servicing workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
