Do you want your work to change lives, not just in your neighborhood but across the globe?
At The Pacific Bridge Companies (TPBC), everything we do is grounded in a single belief: people deserve financial guidance that can follow them wherever life leads. Our mission is to carry the spirit of Aloha into every interaction, helping families and future generations build dreams that reach beyond borders. We do this through our Ohana, a global network of financial organizations and specialists who share our commitment to serving with integrity, heart, and expertise.
Our story goes back to the 1930s, when our founders helped abolish racially discriminatory underwriting practices in the U.S. life insurance industry. That spirit of breaking barriers still drives us today. While our roots are in serving individuals and companies living multinational lives between Asia and the United States, the need for what we do is now truly worldwide, and our reach is growing quickly.
If you believe that financial advice should be as mobile and adaptable as the people it serves, you already share in our vision. We would love to explore how your talent could be part of our journey.
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Bilingual Mandarin Case Manager to join our team. This hybrid role blends the front-line communication and relationship-building skills of a sales support specialist with the organizational expertise of a case manager. You’ll work closely with our Mandarin-speaking advisors to support their clients, ensure smooth new business processing, and provide proactive updates and service throughout the application and policy lifecycle.
The Pacific Bridge Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. All employment decisions are made based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
